Every Coach Bag Line: The Full Guide
Founded in 1941, Coach first produced men’s small leather goods, while women’s handbags came later before becoming the heart of the brand. Today the selection of coach handbags covers tailored shoulder bags, soft hobos, satchels, carryalls, crossbodies and reissues from the archive. One line at a time, this guide explains what each main bag is, when it appeared and how it is put together. Launch dates appear only where they are documented, and several well-known lines lack a reliable launch year on record.
The prices here are observed market prices from 2026 rather than entries on an official price list, and they shift with size, material and promotions. Similar names can label entirely different designs, which is worth knowing before buying your first coach bag. Some shoppers search online for a Coach bag by typing “couch bag”, which can pull furniture listings into the results, because the word also refers to a sofa.
Tabby
Featuring detachable straps and Signature “C” hardware, the Tabby is a neatly structured shoulder bag that can also be worn crossbody. Inspired by a shape from Coach’s 1970s archive, it was introduced by Stuart Vevers in 2019. Its launch campaign, “Dream It Real”, was reportedly shot by photographer Juergen Teller. Retail listings have included sizes 20, 26 and 36, and the base product name is Tabby Shoulder Bag.
The cosch puffy Pillow Tabby followed in 2021, listed under names such as Tabby Shoulder Bag 26 With Pillow Quilting. Observed prices for the Tabby 26 stood at $475 in the US and £475 in the UK; quilted and special-edition versions cost more. Because it shifts easily between shoulder and crossbody wear, it is a good fit for buyers who want one bag for both day and evening.
The Brooklyn
Far closer to a hobo than to the structured Tabby, the Brooklyn is a slouchy coach shoulder bag crafted in natural-grain leather. After being shown on the Fall 2024 runway, it was released in August 2024. The Brooklyn 28 and the larger Brooklyn 39 are the two main sizes reported so far. The 39 is described as spacious enough for a 15-inch laptop, which makes it a workable work bag.
Not to be confused with the shoulder styles, a newer Brooklyn Carryall shape was reported for Spring 2026. In the UK the Brooklyn 28 was observed at £350 through John Lewis. The Brooklyn was one of the bags cited after The RealReal’s 2025 resale report said searches for Coach had risen 160%. The figure, it should be noted, tracks searches rather than resale prices.
The Rogue
Designed with top handles and a shoulder strap, the Rogue is Coach’s structured satchel. After debuting on the Fall 2016 runway, it was later discontinued and later returned in a 2021 relaunch. The line sits at the very top of Coach’s leather range, with versions in regenerative leather and exotic skins. The steepest Coach bag price observed in 2026 belonged to a Rogue 25 in alligator, observed at $8,000.
Coach also offers a Made-to-Order Rogue, which has reportedly taken around 12 weeks, or close to 16 weeks with exotic materials. Coach (Re)Loved, the brand’s own repair and resale program, has featured restored Rogue bags. Plenty of collectors see the Rogue as proof of how far upmarket Coach craftsmanship can go.
The Empire Carryall Family
The Empire Carryall, offered as the Empire Carryall Bag 34, takes an elongated, east-west top-handle shape. After being shown on Coach’s Fall 2024 runway, it was released in February 2025. The bag sold out on its release day, as fashion press reported. The structured Carryall 34 should not be confused with softer variants called Soft Empire, including a Soft Empire 40.
On Coach’s own UK website, the Empire Carryall 34 was observed at £475. With its long top-handle shape, it makes a more polished alternative to a coach tote bag for everyday carrying. If you are comparing listings, look at the number that follows the name: 34 and 40 are different bags.

The Kisslock Names: Frame, Dreamer and Barrel
Coach associates the Kisslock motif with the Bonnie Cashin era; the name belongs to a frame clasp inspired by vintage coin purses. Several different bags share the name, and they should not be confused. The Kisslock Frame Bag in glovetanned leather was reported as the first look shown at the Fall 2026 show with an observed price of $350. Earlier Kisslock Frame versions also show up in listings, so the family could predate that show.
Built with quilted nappa leather and rivets, the Kisslock Dreamer 21 is an earlier style, today found chiefly as restored or upcrafted pieces through Coach (Re)Loved. Drawn from a 1973 design, the Kisslock Barrel Bag arrived as a Spring 2026 Coach Originals reissue. Introducing yet another use of the name, a Kisslock Backpack was also presented for Fall 2026.
Swinger, Swing Zip and The Coach Originals
Consisting of newly made reissues of archive designs, The Coach Originals sells bags that are new rather than vintage. The Swinger is a short-strap, zip-top shoulder bag featuring a turnlock, and Coach traces the original design to 1987. The version on sale now is the Swinger Bag 20, which is also offered With Chain and in Signature canvas or jacquard. The two names should not be swapped: the Swing Zip is a separate Coach Originals bag, drawn from a 1998 design.
The Safari Bag from 1968, the Dinky from 1974 and the Hamptons Hobo from 2005 were among the other Originals reported in early 2025. The Coach Originals name was reportedly already in circulation by 2020. For buyers who want an archive look without the wear of a genuinely vintage piece, the line makes sense.
The Soho Names: Bag 25, Flap and Sneaker
Soho is one of the most easily confused names in the Coach catalog as the name spans three different products. The original Soho Flap was introduced in 2006. The Soho Bag 25 is not that 2006 bag but a smaller, newer reissue made in materials such as glovetanned leather, patent leather and crystal jacquard. Soho styles belong to The Coach Originals, and a Soho Flap Bag in regenerative leather has also been offered.
Unlike the bags, the Soho Sneaker is footwear Coach has showcased in 2025 and 2026, and it belongs with shoes and coach clothing rather than handbags. To tell the bags apart from the shoe, add “Bag 25” or “Flap” to your search. Since no reliable current price for the Soho bags was captured, visit Coach’s own website before making a purchase.
Willow, Cassie and Juliet
These three lines are recognizable, but none has a documented launch year, so approach any date you see online with caution. Made in pebble leather, the Willow family has taken in the Willow Tote 24, a Willow Bucket and a Willow Shoulder bag. A Custom Willow Tote has also been offered on Coach’s own website; the Willow Tote 24, meanwhile, is a clear example of a coach tote bag. Cassie is a crossbody and top-handle design, which includes the Cassie Crossbody Bag 19 fitted with a Signature turnlock and interchangeable straps.
Cassie styles have stayed listed on Coach’s own website under newer style codes. Made in glovetanned leather, Juliet is a relaxed shoulder bag with versions such as the Juliet Shoulder Bag 25 and the Pocket Juliet Bag 30. Before relying on an older review, check whether a given Willow, Cassie or Juliet style is still current, as availability changes by season.
All the Lines at a Glance: Observed Prices
In the table below, the main lines are set out with their shape, key date and an observed 2026 price if one was reliably captured. Rather than entries on an official Coach price list, these are observed market prices that change with size, material, color and promotions. US prices exclude sales tax, while UK prices include VAT. Full-price styles may be marked down during sales, and a coach outlet runs its own promotions on outlet styles.
Operated as Coach’s own official channel, Coach Outlet operates through outlet stores and an official online outlet section on Coach’s own website. In 2014, Coach’s head of investor relations was quoted as saying about 85% of outlet merchandise was made specifically for the outlet channel. That figure is somewhat dated, and Tapestry has since discussed bringing some full-price collection product into outlets. When shopping for current-season lines, Coach’s own website or a full-price coach store remains the place to go.
